Hopefully someone can give you the advise your looking for so that you will be able to do your DL but if not don't fear, there is life after injurys. I broke my shoulder a few yrs. back and I'm now stuck with very limited movement in that arm ( but I fake it well ). It didn't take long to realize that, that would permanetly disable me from being able to perform alot of shoulder exercises and I simply had to except the things I could not change. Many other exercises can produce results for this area other than DL, while they my not be as efffective you can still maintain a healthy appearance. Best of luck to you and don't give in to this minor set back...You will be victorious... ![]() ______________________ The little men who live behind my eyes and scream directly at my brain told me to tell you hello.
