New joiner

Hey all just joined today, I cant put up a pic at the moment cause i am in Afghanistan but as soon as i get back to the uk i will. Anyway about me, been doing the whole gym thing since i can remember but started to get in it more sine i joined the marines and started to take it very seriously. My stats for bench is 105kg, squats 130kg, not to sure what my 1 rep max is, never tried it, as for me i am 5"11 pretty toned up , i weigh in at approx 12.5 stone ( not to sure at the mo cause of where i am). I am very certain that i over train far to much but i love keeping fit lol ( guess its down to the job), i try my best to eat healthy but i gotta treat my self at weekends lol.

Anyway one love, looking foward to talking to you all and sharing knowledge after all knowledge is power
