| Join Date: Dec 2007 Posts: 2 Rep Power:  |  Quick hello Hi all, I'm Scott, i'm 20 from Essex. Have just joined a 'proper' gym after using a health club for 6 months or so. I've decided to really go for it in terms of gaining weight, and strength. I'll be looking around to see what tips i can get in terms of work out plans, and diet. Thanks to my parents i naturally have less than 5% body fat, but i gain muscle quite quickly so have no problems with tone. Anyway, that's the essay out the way with. Nice to meet you all  |
