Smile Noobie alert !

Hi everyone,

I've been training for about 20 years now....I guess the first bunch of years wasn't as serious as they should've been, as I was in my teens then, and pretty much just as interested in going out and getting drunk at the time

So, I've plenty of knowledge in the bodybuilding camp, but nobody knows everything right ?...so I'm here to pick up more tips and find out what you guys do for working out, and cutting yer muscles.

I'm currently weighing in at 13stone 12pounds, as I've been trying to shed the bodyfat from the Christmas period !!!! I weighed in at just shy of 200 pounds for a couple of months before Christmas, but find that it's just toooo heavy for my frame, and energy levels to consume.

So, I'm looking to cut back to around 13-13.5 stone, hopefully revealing some nice striations, and a deeper six-pack.

I work out at David Lloyd's in Bristol 3 times a week, concentrating on Chest & Shoulders on a Sunday, Legs & Triceps on a Tuesday, and Back & Biceps on a Thursday. Abs come into play on all workouts, but do get divided between upper, lower, and Obliques/Serratus.....each area being worked individually at the end of each workout.

I also include bike work for a touch of cardio at the end of the workouts, usually making a time-scale of around 30-40 minutes, depending on how the weights went, and how long it lasted.

I hope to pick up loads of tips, plus friends from this site. And also hope to share knowledge, and help others when possible.

Speak to you all soon,

Kriminal (by name !!)
