| Join Date: Dec 2007 Posts: 15 Rep Power: ![]() | hi there, my name's alex. i'm 24. i've done a few posts already but thought i'd introduce myself too. i'm currently in my second year of sports science and nutrition degree. i worked at holland and barrett for three years before doing the degree. i used to just do loads of cycling and tennis but have now added a bit of weight training too. i'm not doing anything hard core as i simply don't have the time with my other sports and uni work and that; also it would hard to get that bulky due to the high energy expenditure of my othere sports kand i don't want to be anyway (too much addedd weight for tennis). but i do want to get a bit more muscular though. i'm goona post on one of the boards outlining what i'm planning on doing. i'd greatly appreciate any input on it as you guys seems pretty knowledgeable. alex thompson. |

| Join Date: Dec 2007 Posts: 2 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi everyone my name is kev im 33 and have been training off and on for a few years now! I am 5ft 9 and about 11st ive never been able to put on any major size throughout the years. However i am fortunate enough to have a high metabolism and look very ripped during my peak seasons generally the summer time! That does not mean i dont train all year round i just tend to up the anti during the summer months! Any feedback will be greatfully received many thanks... |
