| Join Date: Dec 2007 Posts: 2 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi Guys, I have read quite a few of the different posts and kinda understand the diet plans. At present i am 24 yrs, 6ft3 and 130kg, however this is all fat. i did lose 31kg over a period of 2 years, but then over the last year or so i have put the weight back on and feel the only way to keep it off will be to get involved with training. Would you be able to give me a few starter points to get the weight down quickly so that i can start to train asap. Any tips will be great. Cheers Richard |
