Hello mate sorry it has taken a while to get back to you.
I must admit I did kinda starve my self a bit. Basicaly tried to "Shrink" my stomach. No chocolate, no chrisps, no take aways ( I was having a lot of take aways!) To eating little and often. Trying not to eat carbs after lunch things like that. Also running. I could not run far due to my ex 80 a day habbit. So I would do 20 mins of this thing where you jog/run for 1 min, then walk for 2. Did this every single day.

Thats how I did it but to answer what I eat

Bannana - breakfast
Lunch - A brown bagget with Turky and or Tuna salad, I would eat the filling and prob half the bagget
Dinner - What ever my mum cooked but would eat maybe a handful of it.
