Ive only been lifting for 5 months, I should have done it when I was 18, Im 33 now and cant believe how much I enjoy training. I lift every Mon, Wed, Fri, and do cardio every other day apart from Sundays. Im hoping to learn as much as possible from this site, TONS of info! Thanks. Marty. |

Def agree, never to late to start mate, there are couple of guys that train down my gym that are in there 70's, and they love it. One chap is an ex-powerlifter and it's great when he comes down cause all the kids re looking at him hobble around the gym and sniggering, I love seeing there faces when he benches 150kg.
