Smile Hey

Hi there,

Been lurkin on the site for a while so thought best to introduce myself.

Been lifting for just over a year, to cut a long story short................

I had a motorcycle accident last year which left me in a pretty bad way.
I have always been pretty active so it was a a big blow to me when I couldnt do things for a while.............anyways
Had to go to physio every week and was getting pretty pissed off so my therapist suggested that I join a gym to get me out the house and on the quicker road to recovery.

So joined my local gym and havn't looked back.

Took a pic (sorry no before pics as I hate my photo taken lol) excuse my posing aswell I am new to this lol.
Best put it in pic section lol

I want to bulk up but find it very hard to put on weight.
Ive always been able to eat what I like and never put on an ounce,
I do a very physical day job and dont get enough sleep which I think is probably my trouble along with diet lol

Im looking foward to reading up, sorting out a diet for myself (as thats what I struggle with) and trying to bulk up abit this winter.

So any advice and tips would be great.

Cheers
Dex

Default Re: Hey

sleep is a biggie mate if you want to gain weight as you know
concentrating on the big compounds like deads squats and bench should help improve your natural appetite..
if your legs are on par with your upperbod i think you already have a pretty impressive physique!
