well diet is key and because you are not putting any real weight on then your diet must be lacking in enough calories to build mass.

even if you used steriods with a crap diet the results would be poor.

post up your diet and let us see whaere you are going wrong

paul is spot on!! many people think that going down the road of aas is the "be all" and "end all" of all their problems and sticking points, but realistically your diet has to be good to see the beneficial gains that you are looking for!

theres a couple of secrets in bodybuilding. most people are quite honest about them but beginners in general tend to ignore them:

1 - diet is key - poor diet = poor physique

2 - hard work and dedication

3 - correct high intensity training

get all these 3 correct and you WILL make gains. simple as that. regardless of what supplements you are taking.

have a look in the diet section. i wrote a sticky on constructing a diet for cutting... to bulk just add say 500 cals to the daily total you need.

Like has been said.

Most people in my experience suffer from the following detriments

1. They say they train hard but actually dont

2. They say they eat well but actually dont

3. They say they dont take gear but actually do. Or they lie about the amounts.

I find that simply adjusting my diet and training schedule can reap benefits.

Gear will only enhance what is already there.

Maybe you should put up your diet and training schedule (an honest one not copied from Flex) and we can help you.
