Cool New and ready for action!!

New to the forum and hoping to get some good info and guidance from the wise ones
I have just turned 24 and been training on and off but not heavily since I was 18.My training then was geared towards being bigger and more muscular, but after quite a long lay off and a few problems i have put on a bit of weight and decided starting from scratch is the best idea, along with concentrating more on fitness and toning to begin with before ultimatley beginning bulk work again.
I was around the 15-16 stone mark at 18-20, was toned and loved showing off, taking my top off etc, proud of my phsique. At the time i was involved in all sorts like football teams and boxing which i loved and obviousley helped.Since then I have been in a hard physical job and lost motivation to go to the gym after breaking my ankle badly along with gaining alot of weight, has left my body in a state of neglect, not BAD by any means but BAD by my personal standards, and its time for the work to begin.
Alot of my friends take steroids and are constantly haggling me to take them telling me i'll be a MONSTER, but this is not what i want and am determined to achieve my goals naturally.
Sorry for the long intro but want people to know the score so i can get the best advice, my current stats are:

6'3"
18st 10pounds
Approx 27%bf
Approx 37%mm

Looking to burn fat, tone up and set a good foundation.
In the process of sorting my diet, drink lots of water, and after cutting back drastically on clubbing, LOVE my sleep, any advice appreciated.

Welcome aboard, i have never been on a cutting cycle myself so i will leave the pro's to answer this one!

Good luck with your goals, it sounds like you have an excellent foundation to work with.
