| Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 2 Rep Power: ![]() | I'm about to start a clean bulk in a couple of weeks with a view to gaining about a stone in about 4 months. Looking forward to the big eat and lots of heavy lifting and updating you with my progress. Love squats and compound lifting aswell as cleans (still learning). If anyone has any tips-feel free to fire them my way. |
