Smile Hi People

I'm about to start a clean bulk in a couple of weeks with
a view to gaining about a stone in about 4 months.
Looking forward to the big eat and lots of heavy lifting and updating you
with my progress. Love squats and compound lifting aswell as cleans (still learning).
If anyone has any tips-feel free to fire them my way.

You want to get bigger eh??

Try eating this for a few weeks; you'll soon pile some weight on

Meal 1 :- 3 weetabix, 75g Coco-pops, 50g Oats, 1pt skim milk, 20g whey

Meal 2 :- 3 Protein Flapjacks, Grapefruit juice + vitargo

Meal 3 :- 200g (dry weight) rice, 100g Lean Beef, pineapple + Bio yoghurt

Meal 4 :- 4 onion baguettes w/ l fat cheese spread & ham.

Meal 5 :- 18oz potato, 200g chicken

Meal 6 :- 4 slices toast, 100g Honey nut shreddied wheat, 50g coco-pops
50g oats, 1pt milk, Trio-plex duo, protein flapjack
