| Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: Runcorn Posts: 27 Rep Power: ![]() | Just saying a big HELLO to all you people who work so hard in the gym for most of the week! I'm Terry and am 23 from Runcorn, Cheshire near to warrington & liverpool. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week focusing on strength more than anything else but any added size is welcome, bit soft-bellied but not looking to be no peter andre with the abs but if i ever get that then that is abonus. I use a sort of powerlifting routine focusing on 2 of the main compounds bench press and squat but do shoulder press behind the neck shoulder press incline and decline bench press flies kickbacks curls shrugs bent over rows tri push downs and extensions leg ext ham curls etc and will be adding in deadlifts in soon, but been doing the rest for a while and making some progress. Concentrate oncomplex carb rich diet for energy and strength and eat quite abit of meat for protein but don't drink the protein drinks at the mo but i know i should and will start drinking them soon have had 1cycle of aas before the one Iam near to finishing now. Thats about it really, nothing exciting to report so will save you the boredom of reading on if you ain't fell asleep already, LOL! |
