| Hi guy's, thought i'd say hi and tell you a bit about myself I'm 27 and been training for about 1 year now i'm 6ft and 224lb not sure what my body fat is and to be honest not sure how to find out,I think i've learnt some good basic knowledge in that time, i'm kind of hoping you guy's can help me move on to the next level in my training, i'm making progress not sure if it's alot, my biceps have gone from 15 inches to 17.5inches and my chest from 44 to 47inches, once again any info you guy's can give would be truely appreciated Ta Brough. | |

15" and 44" is where I am now, but im 6ft 6" and weighing in at about 17st 9lbs. Whatever it is you've been doing it sounds like you've made some great progress - fire up some before and after photos with details of what you've been doing, I think it would make an interesting read. | |
