hi lynchie am new 2 forum myself but have trained for a few yrs.
if yr makin progress then you should be happy i no people that have trained 4 years and r very disappointed with there gains.
i can't really preach as i have never liked trainin legs, but you should really have a leg day in there mate as trainin them benefits the whole body.
also whats yr diet like mate?

i'm in the the same boat at the moment mate, when i was trainin last yr i'd got my self into the routine of eatin 6 times aday all the right stuff, but now i eat what i want when i want.
three meals a day and probably only half the protein i need.
whey isolate is the best protein supplement.if u can't eat bfast, porridge cooked and cooled then blended with yr protein is a easy thing 2 get down first thing.
then try 2 eat every 3 hour u wil get people tryin 2 tel u 2 weigh yr food out thats fine 6-12 months down the line just make sure u get a good protein source ie fish-meat-chicken-egg and a good source of carb rice-potatoe-pasta-oats 6 meals a day and you'll grow compared 2 yr current diet hope this helps mate
