| Join Date: Jun 2007 Location: Banbury, UK Posts: 10 Rep Power: ![]() | Hello everyone Just little intro on me, I belong to a aquarist forum and there are alot of lifters on there and I thought I'd join a real body building site! I'm 20 years old, at university studying marine biology, currently back at home in banbury. I've been working out for about 2-3 years, but in the last year I've started lifting and working out properly aswell as eating, supplements and such. I've always been a skinny as mofo and hated it, so now I wanna get BIG. I'm currently (76kg / 168lbs) BF is 14%. I dont know how tall I am, I always say 5'11" but im probably not. I'm dumbell pressing 40kgs now, just moved up to them the other day!! woop woop I'm taking N.O - Xplode, reflex instant whey, creapure creatine, aswell as multi vits etc. My diet is good, I'm eating non-stop and until I cant eat anymore! Usually my day of food consists of 730am wake up 800am 2 scoops of N.O - Xplode 845am Gym 10am finnish at gym 1030am 4 scrambeld eggs with salmon on 2 wholemeal bread 11am 2 scoops of reflex instant whey 12pm 185g of tuna, cous cous and mayo 1pm 2 scoops of reflex instant whey w/ creapure creatine 2-3pm 185g of tuna w/ wholemeal pasta and cup of brocoli with mayo 4-5 fruit fruit fruit! 6-7 dinner by mum 9-10 tuna, or chicken sandwhich or bowl of porridge 10pm 2scoops of reflex instant whey 1030pm bed!
