The fact that you've signed up, shows you already have some determination to change things around. Tell us a bit more about how you're training at present - how often; what exercises etc |

I know lots of people train from home and nothing wrong in that if you've got a good range of equipment. I trained at home with just the equipment you've got for several years and when I eventually joined a gym, felt embarrassed by how much time id wasted and how id neglected some bodyparts. For me - there is just a better range of equipment at a gym. Also, you see and meet other people training and they can act as a good motivator. Of the exercises you've mentioned, I dont see many of the big mass builders, like squats and deadlifts. I believe they are so important, especially when you're just starting out. Can you post up a fuller description of your programme? How many days? What do you do on each day? Do you split bodyparts over the week? |
