New to the site and thought I'd say G'day - I am a Pom living in Australia (hence the name). Started training 5 months ago weighing in at 246 llbs - I got down as low as 204 though I am now ramping it up and have just hit 211, well on target for my goal of 220 at 8% BF (8wks left in this program). My workouts consist of 2 sessions per week - Deads, Squats, Bench Presses and Calf Raises then Incline Presses, Arms, Shoulders and Chins. Supplements - Protein (though this should really just read ESSENTIAL), Metaburn Fat Burners, Xpand Creatine. Current figures: Deadlifts - 200kgs Squat - 160kgs (my weakest area) Bench - 145kgs I look forward to hearing from you guys and picking up some tips - no photo's as yet - I'm waiting until I have hit my goal. |

Chris Jenkins did a top post in the powerlifting area on squatting technique... This might help you progress and gain some momentum. 145kg bench is good going! |
