I've got myself some basic supplements like MSM, cod liver oil, glucosamine and chondrotin. I'm going to get some kelp, do you guys think there is a certain type/brand that is best? Cheers. |

On a similar note, I'm looking for some cooking/recipe advice. I'm looking to try and eat more pulses and beans. I was reading about barley on here and I'm wondering if anybody has much of this in their diet. Thanks again. |
