I currently reside in Southampton, in the UK, and I had been lifting for about 4 years and then took a year break. First started in the weightlifting scene back in 2002 when I visited my uncle out in Australia. He wanted to join a gym for ages and wouldn't do it on his own, so I joined with him. First visit to the gym was daunting, but after a day or two when I had settled in, I got my first taste (kinda) of my heavy workout, "need to puke" experience. Loved it.. Got back to England 3 months later, and was straight back in the gym hitting the iron. Just took off from there really, and never looked back since. Until now... ![]() I have just gotten back into the gym and must admit, that I'm taking a while to recover from my workouts, but hey, that's gotta be good innit...? Just means that I've worked the muscle ![]() I haven't at the moment got any specific goals, but there's always either bodybuilding or power lifting.
