Hi all
haven't been around for a year or so thought I'd better re-introduce myself as I'd like help! 43, 5'6 hovering around 12 st been lifting for about 4yrs now. First joined the board bout 1 1/2 yrs ago doing 1AD.

Just finishing first test only cycle and have a hcg question. Where can I post it?
