hey guys, thought it was about time i said hi to everyone here! i,ve been training on and off for many years! but sinse i moved down to the south coast i built my own gym down my gerden, and have trained without any injuries for just over two years now, and have made some great gains!! anybody want to say hi just look me up on my msn! i deffinately prefer looking at pics of some of the amazing women bodybuilders that are out there, the guys look great, but the ladies look hot!! look foreward to catching up with some of you soon! spynee
