Hello My name is Lou from Philly just getting back to the gym after 6 or 8 months of doing absolute nothing. I started this morning for the first time.I was using the universal animal packs and a good multi and muscle milk protein I really need to know if there is anything new out there that anyone recommends for getting big and at the same time getting lean PLEASE HELP.
