| Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: Leicester Posts: 1 Rep Power: ![]() | Alrite, from what i can see, theres enough knowledge on here to transform myself bigtime! my stats are Age - 19 Weight - 10 1/2 stone Height - 6,3 I box 4 times a week so you can imagine i have a hard job putting on weight, its not so much how much i way, its more the way i look that i want to improve on, it would benefit me mentally and physically if i put on a stone or 2 as my arms are as long as my legs (it would look better if i was a little more filled out) and ideal for hitting people, but twigs for arms aint a good look. i know this is a bodybuilding forum and what im going on about is putting on a stone which is probably nothing to you lot, but eventually after awhile i would like to get 100% into bodybuilding. Slim! |

You probably burn 2500 calories just sittin on your ass. With boxing and the rest of your day, probably another 2500 - 3500. So eat 7-8 really big meals every 2 or 2.5 hours through out your day. 5000 - 6000 calories is a lot. Good luck and post your progress.
