| Hi everyone. I am new to this site and have found it very useful so far in helping me achieve my goals. I have been training for a year and a half and been on a recent cut lasting 3 months. I now feel that i am ready to bulk and am eager to learn more in terms of diet and training. Age 18 Weight 140lb's Height 5ft 8.5 body fat approx 9% Currently Bulking until spring Bulking Goal 160lb''s My long term goal is to compete but i am a long long way from this.
