| Under Construction | Hello, My name is Mike and i have been browsing through the site so i thought i would join! Currently im over 18st and 6 foot 3 inches, ive decided that i want a change from being a flabby bloke to being tone and muscular. i've started to go down the gym for mainly cardio and currently am lifting a few weights at home. I was about 20st but having changed my diet (cut the suggary rubbish out) and done a bit of cardio ive lost roughly 24 pounds of fat, i want to continue this and hopefully this forum will point me in the right direction to continue my journey! I'm using whey protein supplements because my diet isn't that full of protein and i thought it would help with my home weights. thanks for reading Mike |
