Hi everyone.

Just joined so thought id introduce myself

Been looking at the posts on here for a few days and liked what i was reading so deceided to join and hopefully i can learn alot.

Been going to the gym 'properly' for 8 months now (about 2 years before) and would really like to gain weight and muscle
