| Under Construction Join Date: Jul 2006 Posts: 39 Rep Power: ![]() | deadlifts, lunges, squats. be careful what you wish for as at least two of those are heavy central nervous hits and you could turn into a walking arse. if its just needing tuned up id go for the lunges alone as the squats (to a degree) and deads especially will hit the lower back and midriff, not an especially popular area to develop on anyone, particularly women. i tend to think that the arse is hit harder with varying exercises from person to person as everyones physical character varies so enormously. |
