Default advice?

hi guys.

first visit to the site and glad I did , its very informative, got alot of info from here- thanks.

Now I have a bit of a problem, i have been unable to any type of training for over 9 months due to illness, now I am back on the road to recovery I just need to know the best way back into my routine.
I work in a gym 6 days a week , but different shifts. I want to get back up to size ( approx 14 stone ) as I am only 12-7 lbs. knowing what to do when -with my shift pattern is quite hard , especially when i have to work in the gym too!
I have to loose a bit of fat round the abbs and then bulk up my pecs, delts and arms again, it's just so damn hard after so long out!!

any advice?

Hey peteko1, welcome

I think that your diet might be the key to getting you back on track, whats your normal current daily diet?

Nick

Nick,

well my diet is crap to be honest. I dont eat fatty foods, infact I dont eat alot really. I may have a tuna sandwich on brown/wholemeal bread , then probably pasta when i get in ( whatever time that is- sometimes 5 oclock sometimes 10 pm ) . I dont like eating to late either especially after working all day. But like I said , not alot of crap.

I know I have to have more protein etc to build again , but knowing what to eat when , when i dont know when my next wotkout is going to be is difficult.

Thanks for your help Nick-appreciated
