Hey everyone,

My name is David and been a member of muscle chat for a few weeks now. Just want to that everyone has been great helping me out.

I've been working out for years but not seriously, until lately, because of the pics on this site of the members. "i'll be like that one day" i said to myself. So here i am introducing myself.

I've read many topics on the site (understanding what i can off it).

So thanks to all you guys posting on what you know helping guys like me.

If you're unsure of anything put up a post asking for guidance and help, between us all I'm sure you'll get an answer you will be able to fit in with your programme.

You may get more than 1 answer/approach, use the one which is best supported (not just a cut and paste from another website), one that appears to have rational thought applied and practical support too. You'll soon work out who knows their onions in certain areas/topics.
