Default HEY EVERYONE WHATS UP

Yeah that makes alot more sense to me
I used to think that eating any kind of meat would be good for me so i ate hamburgers or any kind of meat i could get my hands on. And the eating more often thing helps alot too, so i'm gona try doing that now, and still stick to my same workout and see how it goes.
