Default Hi there

Hi there im new to this site, just started back training after an 8 year lay off. Im pretty lucky as ive built my own gym in my basement, 4 storey house. Full set rack of dumbelles and some other equipment as well as the essential 6 by 12 foot gym mirrow.

So ive now been hard at it for 8 months now, currently trying to shed the fat and then build up from there. Body fat % is 7% is this good or bad.

Ill be posting measurements, weight and diet soon.

thanks and nice to meet you all.

First of all, welcome.

If its truly 7% then its outstanding, many can't get to 7% even with huge amounts/periods of strict diet+cardio, and drugs !

7% is very very low, are you sure its accurate?

Nick

if your bf is really 7% you would know it's good without asking ...

how did you measure it?

Hi nick, well my fat % scales say 9% and the other night i used a web site where you put in your stats, like hieght 5,10, waste 30 and weight 12 stone and it came back with the result of 7%. I have been on a 6 month cut and think i may have just 2 to 3 weeks to go before im finnished. Once ive stripped the fat ill then be concentrating on adding quality muscle. I don't want to go beyond say 13 stone tops. As ive just replaced my clothes as ive gone from 32 to 34 waste down to 28 to 30.

Thanks mate

Cool,

trust the fat% scales, not the web site, the web site is based upon formulas that do not apply across the board and don't even take into account muscle mass.... they are bull.

Congrats on getting so low BF

Nick
