Just found out about here yesterday from Dougie so thought I'd join in. I know quite a few people on here already but for those who don't know me I'm Darren Sherlock. I'm a competetive bodybuilder (did 10 shows last year including Mr World, 2 x Mr Universes' WPF & NAC & winning the open Novice UK) and a martial arts instructor with 20+ yrs MMA experience. I also manage to fit in a full time job and being a hubby/dad.

Hello everyone, hope I can help in any way I can and learn as much as I can myself. Just had knee surgery 3 weeks ago so currently taking things slowly and next target is to bulk up as much as possible until I am of a decent enough standard to have a go at the tall/heavy classes.

Welcome aboard Daz, this forum is really coming together with lots of quality b'builders and a lot of enthusiastic beginners who will benefit from the experiences of guys like yourself.

I had the pleasure of spending a few days in france with Darren and the rest of the WPF Scotland team (even though he's a sasssanach!) and we all had a good time.

Another asset to the board.
