Hi guys my name is Taz i'm 25, competative bodybuilder from Aberdeen.

Achievements to date so far are:

1st Place SPF Scottish Junior Championships 2001
2nd Place SFBB Scottish Junior Championships 2001
Not Placed Scottish Representative WPF France 2001
4th Place Novice Prolab Classic 2004
6th Place Novice NABBA Scotland 2004

I am currently preparing for the UKBFF Scottish Championships on 20th August in Aberdeen.

Looking forward to reading all your tips, comments and advice.
