Hi from sunny Rhyl

hi everyone i am new to the site but not to bodybuilding,i have been training on and off for 16 years,i am now 33 and have packed in work for a couple of years so im looking to train hard and grow BIG,although i have been training a long time i have not made a great deal of gains in the way of size mainly due to poor diet and lack of knowledge anyway i am looking forward to put that right so all advice will be gratefully recieved

Good old sunny Rhyl, lived not far from you in Flint! Decided to move from sunny north wales to cloudy south of Spain!

Thanks Chalk....nice move Flint to Spain,i can see the appeal my mate made the move last year he is in about 17 miles from Alicante in the hills,im going over for the summer to put in some hard training....can't wait
