Hi there my name is Scott Galton you may have seen me on other forums. I have been training 7-8 years cant really remember when i started! I train Hit style and wanted to join in all the fun over here!

Now there's a name I recognise! Hi Scott, welcome to our little community. There's a lot of quality physiques on here with a wealth of knowledge, Paul George, Malika, Bodyworks, PScarb, Steve Flynn, Kriptikchicken are all multi champions with years of experience.

Hi Doug the main reason i joined was a saw some names i recognised mainly Paul George yorself and pscarb. Yep i hav had a lot of clothing from you this week mate and im very happy. I will be getting some mrps next month
