Hey Folks,
New to the Idea of bodaybuilding, I am 28 and have lost over 80lbs over the last 1.5 years. Im 6'4 weigh 232 now and still cutting fat but want to start bulking up on muscle also

Welcome m8, myself I lost 5stone before i started training. (should have been training whilst i lost the weight though)

Its difficult after losing weight to allow your weight to go up having faith that it is the right type of weight (muscle).
