Default Hi

HI all, started getting into the juice about a year ago , only took it once for about 3 months, (anavar , winny, clen)
its been about 7 months and decided to start another go around with the gear but this time its deca 300, primo, anavar
the thing is , i need to know more about the stuff , diet , where to inject it and the perfered dosage, well just about everything.
and my abes need alittle work but just cant get the right abe work out that really burns . looking to increase my knowledge with all this an look forward to talking more wih you guys.

...well...first welcome to musclechat, truely one of the better BB communities on the web...if you want some advice, start by tell us about your diet and trainin and age and ht and wt...then maybe we can start talking about gear, but up till now please dont start that cycle you have planned because quite honestly it is not a good cycle at all and will just mess you up more than help you with gains...so welcome aboard, tell us about yourself and start doin some research...

...btw...abs come from diet and cardio, not ab exercises/routines...

welcome mate, solid advice from jay, dont start any cycle with the gear you have!, read some of the posts on here and you will pick it up fairly quickly, also ask as many questions as you can if your unsure about anything we will be more than glad to help

i'm 25 and my weight fluctuates between 190 and 200 lbs ht. 5'11
cant really tell you what i do because i dont know how safe this is , putting this info out like this. ok my diet, well its no special diet , just low carbs, and alot of meat. i was told to try an eat 5,000 calories a day and keep a low sodium diet. my work out consists of running a mile or more a day and day 1(biceps) 2(back) 3(tricep) 4(chest) 5(shoulders) 6(legs)
i like the weight more light an i do 4sets of 15 in most of my exercises. im trying to get the more cut look than the bulker look. but that about sums it up .

im not sure what that means, but if you are a career criminal, you shouldn't be ashamed ...so im not sure what ya mean by "what you do", but ...either way, welcome again

about the abs...I do believe that ab excercises help out a lot, but jays right, cardio and diet are key components to outstanding abs. As far as ab excercises go, I would recommend doing the side to sides to hit the obliques, leg raises for lower abs, and a basic sit-up (when you come down tho, don't touch your back to the floor. Only come 2/3's the way down). I wouldn't do these excercises weighted, just do them for high reps, with your own body weight. Combine it with cardio and immaculate dieting and hopefully your abs will be looking like Serge Nubret's soon
