This seems to be a really good forum so here I am.

Bit about myself. Have been training on and off for 10 years, although mainly off! 32 years old, living in Spain (but am Welsh). Looking to chat to like-minded people and hopefully give me that extra bit of motivation!

Stats. 6ft (184cm), 15 1/2 stone (97kg), 16 inch arms, waist 34inches.

This years goal. 16stone - 16 1/2 arms - waist 32 and to be in proportion!!

Anyway, look forward to chatting to you all!
