| Under Construction Join Date: Jan 2006 Posts: 4 Rep Power: ![]() | Hello I have just started training again after a lazy 2 years off. This was due to starting a new job and beginning to work shifts. Prior to that i had trained well for 2 years with my mate and had put on some good size ( granted i was also carrying quite abit of fat with that) This time i am hoping to learn from other peoples experiences and develop not just some size, but also the right nutrition, training techniques and how to monitor my own body's progress.
