Hey W - I started much like you are right now when I was 18. Now i'm 28 and 10 years on and lots has changed. For starters your body still has lots of natural growing to do. I really filled out naturally until about 25-26. I was about 12 stone at 18 and now am about 15. Yeah quite a bit of that is due to the gym but alot is just natural filling out helped along by the lifting. As you're just a beginner don't waste your money on supplements like creatine. If you must buy anything just start with some whey protein for a while. To be honest, theres no substitute for a good diet and bit of force feeding. My mom pretty much kicked me out of the house for eating too much. Besides, until you find out what works for you in the gym and how to do things properly you won't maximize the benefit of expensive purchases like creatine. Hit some of the other chat rooms and ask the guys some questions. I'm sure they'd be willing to help. And remember theres no substitute for hard work and perserverance.
