| Under Construction Join Date: Jan 2006 Posts: 6 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi to All, First time here, have been training in the gym for the past 6 years, basic stats are 6'0 214lbs and about 16%bf. Have been slacking for the past year and a bit, so I am down about 20lbs from my peak. I have used "super sups!" for about 2-3 years, completed about 4 cycles. A the moment I am not on an AAS and don't plan to for for quite awhile as I believe I can make lots of progress natural and just by eating correctly, which I haven't been doing for the past year.
