I'm a 25 year old male I'm currently living in El Salvador Central america on work related things (yeah yeah the sun and ladies)

I have been working out for perhaps 5 years mostly on and off but recently well in the last year took a more dedicated attitude.

I will be moving back to belfast shorlty after new year to live and work (and freeze)

Anyone else from belfast ?

Well I'm gona rant about what I did today. I have been doing some work for a orphanage based over in El Salvador there are roughly 41 kids coming from back grounds of abuse dead parents and being unwanted. The place is run by a old priest whos 82 but looks after all these kids. Today I took part in xmas party for them we had a giant dancing chicken presents for all the kids played football. Ireleand vs El Salvador Ireland lost badly to kids wearing nothing but flip flops or bare foot.
