Sorry for not introducing myself sooner.
As all I have done is usurp information from this site for the past fortnight!

I am form Edinburgh just started in my local gym and have become totally hooked on improving my fitness and at the moment looking to lose body fat, then subsequently try to build muscle.

Still learning and have a long way to go as I am a bit of a fat b*****d!
