Well I have been working out hard for about a year now, working on building up a base. Starting to see some good results! Now I have to lose the excess pounds.

Think this board is a great place for info, learning quite a bit.

Anyways just wanted to say "Hi".

Where in Canada are you from? - I met quite a few guys from London ON on hols this year...

Barrie Ontario it is about two and a half hours North of London and about 40 minutes North of Toronto, used to live about 15 minutes outsid of London

Went to Cuba back in May and the resort was full of H O T Canadian women...
