GREETINGS ALL

THIS IS MY FIRST FORUM, SO I GUESS A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF IS IN ORDER. IM A 41 YEAR OLD MAN WITH A MEDIUM TO THICK BUILD. I AM SHORT... 5`6`` 215LBS. WITH UPPER ABS VISIBLE BUT A LAYER OF FAT THAT JUST WONT GO AWAY. IM CURRENTLY GEAR FREE AND I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH FREE WEIGHTS FOR ABOUT 14 MONTHS SINCE BEING SEPERATED FROM THE MISSUS WHICH LEAVES GOOD QUALITY GYM TIME. AT MY AGE IM PLEASANTLY SURPRISED HOW WELL THIS OLD BODY IS TAKING TO THE GYM. NOW THAT IM OBSESSED IM CURIOUS WHAT IS ACTUALLY WORKING OUT THERE WITH GEAR FOR SOMEONE IN MY SITUATION. BEING MY FIRST CYCLE IM NOT IN ANY HURRY AND WELCOME SUGGESTIONS. BUT WOULD REALLY WANT TO LOSE THE BELLY YET KEEP THE MASS COMING. WHEW , NOT EASY. WELL THANKS FOR LETTING ME RANT AND RAVE SO NOW IM ALL EARS[/b]

welcome dude, finished with my mrs of 3 years bout 3 months ago too, i now seem to live at the gym!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi dude your life has begun with getting rid of the wife, I did the same I got rid of mine then spent 3 years solid in the gym then I met the girl who I'm with now.

Seriously tho, hope everything goes well Bud, and maybe post this request in the steroids section for a better reply - there's a lot of knowledgeable Guys on here that I'm sure'll help you out with any questions you have.
