Default Finding the right routine

I've been on and off the forums over the years, and now I'm back again and ready to hit the gym with a vengance!

I'm in and out of the gym all the time, but I find it hard to commit to it on a daily basis. The food / training / supplements route seems like a lots of hard work and expense. I've done it in the past and made huge improvements in a short time, but getting that enthusiasm back again is very hard.

What do you do to keep yourself interested?
