I'm in and out of the gym all the time, but I find it hard to commit to it on a daily basis. The food / training / supplements route seems like a lots of hard work and expense. I've done it in the past and made huge improvements in a short time, but getting that enthusiasm back again is very hard. What do you do to keep yourself interested? |
