New guy.

Hey,
Iv been lurking around for a couple of days, made a couple of posts but figured i should introduce myself properly. My names Ryan, im 21 and ive been weight training since i was 18... but ive been away from the gym since i met my gf a year ago.

While i was training i reached a solid 15st, but after losing about 2st, im v eager to put it back on as quickly as possible, which is why im here... just thought id to some research before i begin my next cycle, particularly pct advances.

Anyway hope to meet u all soon.
