Default much love to all muscle chat people!

Hi everyone! I am Mickey from the Philippines. I am 21 years old. I have started working out three years ago but I havent been able to workout regularly so I only have myself to blame for my skinny built. I am 511 and 155 lbs only. I would like to add 15-25lbs of muscle. I feel blessed that I came across your website. Please enlighten me! Btw your site is awesome! More power to you guys!

Welcome

A bodybuilder once said to me. Lift Heavy, Eat Heavy and Sleep Heavy.

Do you have a workout routine?
Whats your diet like?
What are your recovery periods like?

hi guys! thanks for the warm welcome!
sorry if i dont really get to post as often coz im kinda busy searching for a job right now.

well as i have said i haven't been able to work out and for the last remaining months of this year i am planning to make a come back..well its not like a big bad ass level comeback like what you guys are capable of doing...just a good 'get back into shape' project for the average dude like me.

here is my usual work-out routine...feel free to criticize it. i am really open to criticisms and id really would love to hear what my 'senior mates' have to say

here is my battle plan comrads...

-two body parts per work out
-four exercises per body part starting with compound exercises first.
-pyramid it 12,10,8,6 rep range
-rest period is 1-2minutes (yeah i know its kinda long)
- protien intake is around 155-200grams a day
-my carb intake 2:1 ratio with my protien
-im planning to train only three times a week to allow my body to recuperate
-every other day training
-p.s guys im sorry but i am scared of roids so i dont really plan on using them but what supplements can you recommend?
-im planning to get optimum nutrition's whey protien& cell tech

btw what do you guys do to get big fast? what exercises do you usually do? what's your rep range?number of sets?

thanks in advance brothers.
