| Under Construction Join Date: Jul 2005 Location: UK Posts: 2 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi guys, Just registered and hi to everyone. In slender shape, bit of muscle, but would now like to put more bulk/muscle on. Do gym 3 times a week. Recently started using protein power, think this is helping. Should I consider use of steroids, and can anyone offer any advice in this respect. What should I take, and how much? Any bad side effects? Any other supplements to take? Cheers |

Is my lifting program optimal? Is my diet optimal? Have I researched the various steroids and their effects/side effects? Am I prepared to inject at least twice a week? If you can't answer yes to most of these questions you aren't ready for the juice. It sounds to me like you have a lot more natural potential so I'd suggest you focus on training and good, clean diet with lots of protein. Answer "NO" From what you have posted there, you are far from ready to start. Stick around the forum and read, read and read some more, gain as much knowledge as you can on gear. You say you have only started using protein powder which you think is helping, this tells me that you have not reached your natural genetic potential, by far. First off get your diet and training right, after you build a good base and good knowledge, then you will know yourself when you are ready.
